Our innovative employment program has successfully helped 500 people with disabilities find meaningful employment this year. The program provides job training, placement services, and ongoing support to both job seekers and employers.
The program works with employers to create inclusive workplaces and provides training on disability awareness and accommodation. Job seekers receive personalized support including resume assistance, interview preparation, and skills training.
“Employment is about more than just a job,” said our Employment Director. “It’s about dignity, independence, and being able to contribute to society. We’re proud to help people with disabilities achieve their career goals.”
The program has a 75% success rate, with participants maintaining employment for at least one year. Plans are underway to expand the program to more cities and industries in the coming year.
